EMPOWERMENT IN HEELS BURLESQUE SCHOOL, Taught by MISS MARQUEZ

Empowerment in Heels classes provide a safe space for all bodies, genders, races, and abilities to experience the power and beauty of burlesque. Step into our supportive environment where you’ll be guided through a body awareness warm-up, followed by burlesque 101 drills, walking across the floor, and culminating with a final improv exercise. This is an all levels class for both first-timers and professionals, where everyone is encouraged to take up space and make bold choices. Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving your body in. Heels not required.
